WHAT to do if you are in need of normal medical treatment?
- In-Patient claims /claims likely to exceed €3.250/$4.250/£2.500/ emergency evacuation/repatriation:

- All other Out-Patient claims:
You may visit a professionally registered medical practitioner of your choice. Please ask the doctor to complete, stamp and sign the Medical Claim Form. The submission of the completed claim form, together with paid invoices, receipts and prescriptions within 90 days of start of treatment is sufficient. For these cases, please contact April International UK Limited on +44 (0)20 3418 0496 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact the International 24-hour Helpline on +44 (0) 1243 621585 or email@example.com within 72 hours of the commencement of treatment to ensure all emergency treatment is covered.
If a pre-authorization has been given for in-patient treatment, the hospital invoices may be settled directly byApril International UK Limited. In all other cases, please pay all invoices when due. Send the paid original invoices, prescriptions and receipts to April International UK Limited, together with the completed claim form, on which you will find their contact details. Please note that medicines and drugs are only covered if they are prescription items which are not available for purchase over the counter. OTC items are not reimbursable, whether prescribed by a doctor or not. The reimbursement, less deductible (if applicable), will be transferred directly by April International UK Limited. We advise you to take copies of all documents you send for your own records.
